The Garden City Gelendzhik Residences that have already started in Gelendzhik City, which is regarded as the tourism center of Russian Federation, cover a gross building area of 58,500 m².

Garden City Gelendzhik Residential Project comprises 27 floors in total that includes 23 standard floors (322 apartments), 2 ground floor duplexes (14 duplex apartments) and 2 private top floor duplexes (7 penthouses).

In addition to a 290-space parking garage which will be located in the 2 floors of the basement, 8 stores with mezzanine floor will be built on the first floor to function as cafe & restaurant, grocery, house keeping, catering and pet stores, health clinic, hairdresser, day nursery and similar convenience stores.
