| Gentes Launches Its First Smart House Project in Russia…. |
| Gentes, which conducts various infrastructure and superstructure investments in Turkey, Russia, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkmenistan, is currently building the first smart house project in Russia through its RG Construction Company. The Euro 120 million worth project will be the first residential complex built in Russia using smart house system and artificial lakes.
The project is set to be completed in 2011 and consists of 1800 flats on a building area of 140.000m². The 40 of the 330 m² flats offered for sale within the project will provide a wide range of luxury opportunities to their dwellers such as outdoor parking, indoor garage, cafes, supermarket, fitness center, movie halls, hair dresser, running track, cycling path, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, swimming pool and a unique climbing wall.
