The construction area of the 11 floor building of Moscow, Dimitrovskoye Shosse 9B is 12300 sqm.

It has been completed at the short time of 11 months and delivered on 06.10.1995.

The ground floor consist of the YUGANSNEFT BANK, first normal floor bar - cafe - restaurant and other floors office spaces.
