El Marsa Hotel is located on the coast of Sidi-Fredj, which is a tourist area in Algeria / Algiers City and hosts many tourist hotels. El-Marsa Hotel, which is located in front of the marina, was built in the 1970s and the new project is the stripping work followed by modernizing the existing building by preserving the existing structure.
Stripping operations for the building started by Gentes as of 2017. The Building bearing system reinforcement works have been performed in accordance with the Approved Modernization projects and currently building renovation works are ongoing. The building finishing works, mechanical and electrical works have been completed at the range of 90% and the Hotel will be delivered to the Employer authorities in May 2020.
In the area where the building is located, the construction works for Landscaping, Outdoor swimming pools, Children’s pools and Ornamental pools and Resting areas will be fully completed and presented to the users.
