Project from Gentes for Sochi Olympics
Gorky Gorod, designed to host the participants in the Sochi-2014 Winter Olympics, is located at the foot of the Caucasus Mountains, at a short distance from the Black Sea.
Within the scope of Gorky Gorod, hotel, apart hotel and restaurant chains, spa centers, shops and night clubs were built.

Hotel Project

The Apart Hotel project, whose construction is undertaken by Gentes, is designed as a basement + 5 floors, has 96 rooms and the construction area of 15,320 square meters.
The building is divided into 4 zones and has 4 main entrances. The ground floor is designed for shops, apart hotel is located between the 2nd and 5th floors, and the 2nd floor is particularly designed for disabled guests.

Construction was completed in a short period as 11 months.

Olympic Village Central Kitchen Project

The 5,700 square meter Central Kitchen Project of Olympic Village, designed to produce meals for athletes and guests at the Olympics, consists of Bodrum + 3 floors. The kitchen project was completed by Gentes in as short period as 3 months.
