The hundred-year-old Gold Assay Building meets the requirements of the oldest jewellery factory in Russia.
It has first degree historical status and it consists of 3 storeys with 3.150 m2 construction area. All its surveying and restoration works including electrical and mechanical installations were completed within 10 months.
