Garden City Gelendzik Residence Housing, located in GELENDZIK City, which is also known as the tourism capital of the Russian Federation, has a construction area of 58.500 m² in total.
The Garden City Gelendzik Residence Housing project has a total of 27 floors as 23 normal floors (322 apartments), 2 duplex garden floors (14 duplex apartments) and 2 private duplex roof floors (7 penthouses).
The project, which has a parking garage of 290 cars in the basement garage of 2 floors, has also 8 mezzanine stores on the first floor, which serve such as cafes, restaurants, markets, house keeping, catering, doctors, hairdressers, kindergartens, pet shops. On the 2nd floor there are shops, fitness room, swimming pool on the 3rd floor terrace, dressing room, lobby, shower and game rooms and helipad on the roof floor.
After the Garden City Gelendzik Residence Housing design and application projects were implemented, reinforced concrete construction works were carried out and delivered to the Employer. Due to the financial difficulties of the Employer, a break was made for the finishing works and electromechanical works.
