The Gorky Gorod media village, designed to host the participants in the Sochi-2014 Olympics, is located at the foot of the Caucasian mountains, at a short distance from the Black Sea. The project, which is unique in Russia and the world, attracts guests to the region during four seasons. Within the scope of Gorky Gorod, hotel, apart hotel and restaurant chains, spa centers, shops and night clubs have been built.

The number 6 Apart Hotel project, whose construction is undertaken by Gentes, is designed as a basement + 5 floors building and the total construction area is 15.320 m2.

The building is divided into 4 zones and has 4 main entrance doors. The ground floor is designed as stores or shops, and between the 2nd and 5th floors a “apart hotel” is conceived and the 2nd floor is specially designed for disabled guests. The Hotel Façade, designed in accordance with the general view concept of the Olympic village, has become the most popular and subject to news façade among all projects due to its design and implementation success.

Gentes has completed the construction of the Apart Hotel in a short period of 11 months and achieved consequently great success. It is the first Hotel which has been handed over to the establishment to provide accommodation for the guests. Due to these successful works, Gentes has been awarded with a plaque of success by the Sochi 2014 Olympic Committee General Finance Partner Sberbank.
