UZGEN Meat Processing Plant”, which has a meat production capacity of 20 000 tons per year, is a joint project between GENTES YAPI and OZBEKOZIQOVQAT XOLDING.
The Cattle and Ovine Slaughterhouse and Meat Processing Integrated Facility, which is planned to be built in Uzbekistan, is planned to be the first and only facility of Eurasia with zero waste. All of the animals brought to the facility for slaughter will be processed and used in the relevant places without any waste.
Uzbekistan is in a very good position in animal husbandry. However, the amount of Meat and Meat products obtained from the livestock bred is not sufficient according to the population and consumption. We are planning to build this facility in order to slaughter the livestock in a sanitary environment, prepare, pack and present to the people of Uzbekistan the meat and meat products that will be obtained from animals bred in Uzbekistan or imported to the country.
The modern complex will be equipped with high-tech equipment with a capacity of 300 cattle slaughter per day. Production facilities will also have the most advanced product quality control systems. Accordingly, 20 000 tons / year Meat Production will be provided in our facility. 50% of the meat obtained will be sold as Carcass Meat, 25% boned-boneless packaged products, 25% Salami-sausage-meatballs and hamburger.
In addition, offal from these animals, such as liver, intestine, tripe products; To make them hygienic, will be processed in the washing facility and prepared in the healthiest way and presented to consumers.
In the complex, it is important to comply with biosafety requirements. All production areas operate in a closed manner, being equipped with disinfected units for cars and a sanitary inspection room for personnel. Employees must take a shower and wear special clothes before entering the production area. Vehicle traffic is organized according to biosafety requirements. Depending on the route, vehicles can go through the washing unit with drying equipment several times a day.
The total area of the plant along with the production complex is 18 000 – 20 000 m2
